Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to work on a variety of vehicles for an industry leading client. They have an excellent working environment and focus on progression and development for all staff. Paint Sprayer duties * Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting * Mix and match paints accurately * Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray equipment * Ensure a high-quality finish with attention to detail * Maintain booths, tools, and equipment * Follow all health and safety procedures Requirements: * Previous experience as an automotive paint sprayer or similar role * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques Sprayer Pay Rate: Starting hourly rate is up to £16.50 per hour. OT is paid at an enhanced rate to further earnings. £1500 sign on Bonus!
