Paint Sprayer – Busy Body Shop – Eastbourne Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year + Bonuses Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (42.5 hours/week) We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our fast-paced, high-volume body shop in Eastbourne. What You'll Be Doing: * Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard * Working on a wide range of vehicles in a busy body shop setting * Maintaining a clean and organised work area * Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work, from prep to finish What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a paint sprayer within an automotive body shop * Strong prepping and polishing skills – you will be handling the full process * High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality finishes * Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience * Performance-related bonuses * Friendly and professional working environment * Consistent Monday to Friday hours – no weekends!
