We welcome applications from Paint Sprayers, Vehicle Finishing, Panel Beaters, Smart Repair Technicians, or any Vehicle Paint Prep experience.   Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer role; Prepare vehicle bodies and components for paint application (masking, sanding, filling, and priming) Mix and colour match paints to specification Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat using spray equipment Carry out polishing, rectification, and finishing work as required Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment in line with health & safety procedures Work to production schedules and deadlines What we need from you for the Paint Sprayer role; Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally on commercial vehicles, HGVs, trailers, buses, or similar Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and spray equipment Ability to work from job sheets and technical specifications High attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of health & safety in a paint shop environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits of the Paint Sprayer role: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Overtime opportunities Permanent, full-time position Company pension scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Ongoing training and development Modern, well-equipped facilities Supportive team environment If you are interested in some more details, or would like to have a private and confidential chat, please contact joe at Talent UK.  INDJ
