The Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician at our Birmingham Express bodyshop, you’ll work on a range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-quality paintwork, from preparation to final finish. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Prepping vehicles: cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces * Mixing and matching paint to achieve an exact colour match * Applying paint using spray guns and managing the spray booth * Ensuring all finishes meet quality control standards * Working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About You We’re looking for a candidate who brings experience, precision, and pride in their work.
