The Role: As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the board. Your goal will be to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the machining facility to meet production targets Lead and develop a team across manufacturing, engineering, and logistics Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational KPIs Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and resource allocationAbout You: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing/machining environment Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, lean manufacturing, and production planning Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills Results-driven with a proactive, hands-on approach Able to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentWhat’s in it for you?
