Our client are looking to make improvements and rebuild the Quality Assurance Team rapidly. As a result of recent restructuring, they expanding their team from 3 to 6 Quality Engineers. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Automotive NPI Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in this transformation. Role Overview: In this role, you will lead the Quality Assurance efforts for new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration of quality control measures from conception to production. Key Responsibilities: * Spearhead quality control processes and procedures for new product introductions. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle. * Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality concerns. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing interactions related to new product quality assurance. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and reliability. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, with a focus on New Product Introduction. * Deep understanding of quality standards and methodologies, particularly in automotive or related industries. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships both internally and externally. * Strong analytical abilities with a demonstrated track record of successful root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. * Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
