Key Responsibilities: * Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom and vehicle display areas. * Lead, motivate, and target the sales team to ensure peak performance. * Ensure adherence to established sales processes and performance standards. * Monitor and maintain above-average customer satisfaction scores. * Actively promote the business within the local community. * Manage administrative tasks, including timely submission of profit sheets. * Oversee staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage in the showroom. * Conduct daily team meetings to align goals and drive productivity. * Ensure consistent prospecting activities and follow-up targets are met. * Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and procedures.
