Pay rate: £23,000 - £25,000 with realistic OTE up to £60,000 with uncapped earning potential Location: Aberdeen Hours: 5 Day working week & 2 weekends off per Month Job Duties Deliver a first-class customer experience Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential. Provide a full and thorough service to customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car. Completing all sales and finance paperwork What we are looking for: Experience within the Care Sales Sector Proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service Fantastic communication skills and natural ability to build conversation High level of drive and passion to be successful Willing to learn and challenge yourself Self-motivated, target driven and hungry to earn.
