Vacancy - New Car Sales Executive - Surrey Salary: Basic - 24k OTE 60k + (uncapped) Extremely tax efficient company car Hours: 1 full weekend off a month, work alternate Sundays and get either 1, or 2 days off in the week, if working the weekend. (essentially a 5 day working week) We have an excellent opportunity for a New Car Sales Executive to join our client's highly prestigious premium brand car dealership in the Surrey area. About you: You will have skills to listen and understand customer needs, advise of the options available to them and deliver an amazing buying experience. You will also have the fantastic opportunity to drive a range of prestigious and luxury vehicles, therefore it is essential that you also hold a current UK driving licence. About the role (Overview): You will be highly experienced at providing an exceptional and professional level of customer service as well as focusing on ensuring the overall customer experience is of the highest standard. Arrange and carry out vehicle demonstrations as well test drives and also advise on upselling finance, insurance and ancillary products. Manage the order process utilising all inhouse systems including those in progress, carrying out follow-up contacts to customers and prospects. Build, manage and retain a loyal customer portfolio which is important to maximize profitability and support the overall achievement of performance targets within this role. Establishing collaborative and proactive working relationships within and across multiple departments, to ensure a seamless end to end sales/handover process is completed in line with all business compliance measures. Experience is also desired but not essential with the use of Pinewood, BCA Pro App and general I.T systems.
