The Role As New Car Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the dealership’s new car sales performance and profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities will include: * Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy and customer-focused solutions. * Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards. * Supporting, motivating, and developing the sales team through coaching and strong leadership. * Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal stakeholders. * Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and upholding brand standards. * Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity and achieving departmental targets. * Ensuring all retail policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed to audit standards. * Supporting the New Car Sales Manager in delivering manufacturer objectives and dealership profitability. About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience in one of the following positions: * Business Manager * Transaction Manager * Sales Controller * Senior Sales Executive You will be highly organised, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to present and tailor finance and insurance products to meet individual customer requirements. Previous main dealer experience and a strong understanding of finance and compliance processes are highly desirable.
