Here at Zenith we are in need of a Network QC Manager. This individual will have national responsibility for ensuring that all work carried out by our 3rd party suppliers as well as our in-house Mobile Technician team, meet the DVSA standards of roadworthiness and meeting the high standards we expect for our customers. You will collaborate with the wider Network Team to implement procedures, systems, and standards of operation to improve our service. Investigations will need to be carried out along with conclusions, recommendations, and implementation of any findings. You will also be responsible for carrying out audits on both 3rd party suppliers, and MSU to ensure correct facilities and standards of operation are met. Must be a qualified and highly experienced HGV Technician Experience of carrying out investigations Experience of leading audits Comfortable with travel UK
