Our client, a leading passenger car importer and distributor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a National Head of Sales to lead and elevate its sales operations across the Kingdom. This role holds full accountability for driving nationwide sales performance, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and optimising dealer network performance in alignment with OEM standards and business objectives. You will manage key manufacturer relationships, and be instrumental in achieving ambitious growth targets in one of the world's fastest-evolving automotive markets. Ideal Candidate A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience within the automotive industry, currently operating at National Sales Head, Sales Director, or an equivalent leadership level. A proven background with an OEM. Demonstrated success in dealer network sales management and performance, and market share growth. Strong existing relationships with OEMs and deep knowledge of manufacturer standards and expectations. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Age between 35-48 years. You will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, capable of influencing stakeholders, motivating teams, and delivering sustained commercial success.
