Our site in Stratford-Upon-Avon is looking for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join the team. If you’re skilled in both mechanical and bodywork repairs, with a passion for high-quality workmanship, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out a wide range of vehicle repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and bodywork tasks. * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems, ensuring efficient identification of issues. * Conduct panel repairs and replacements, as well as paint preparation and refinishing. * Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard and within agreed time frames. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised work environment. * Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed of repair progress when required. Qualifications and Experience We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician from an accident repair background, with expertise in both mechanical and bodywork repairs. You will have: * Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics tools, and repair techniques. * Ability to perform panel repairs, welding, as well as prepping and painting tasks. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Ideally have ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications
