Key Responsibilities of a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer: Carry out high-quality paint refinishing and minor panel repairs on vehicles of various makes and models Prepare vehicles for painting, including filler work, masking, priming and sanding Mix and apply water-based and solvent-based paint systems Perform full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs Ensure a flawless final finish through detailed inspections Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Adhere to all health and safety regulations Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer:  Proven experience in a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer or Paint Sprayer role Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and modern paint processes Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Familiarity with current repair tools and technology INDLOW Click 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career
