Trant Engineering Limited is a multi discipline Engineering & Construction company, with offices and projects throughout the UK and Overseas. We have a number of different divisions including Energy, Oil & Gas, Water & Process, International and Control & Automation. We have a dedicated Plant and Transport division that services and maintains our fleet of vehicles and plant across the business, and we are currently looking for a motor vehicle technician to join our existing team. Duties include but are not limited to: * Servicing, mechanical repairs and diagnostics of cars and light commercial vehicles from various manufacturers at our facility in Totton. * Attending sites for routine maintenance and repair Applicants are expected to have a strong commitment to health & safety ensuring that tasks are planned and executed safely and efficiently. Required Skills/Qualifications * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance repair * Or time served technician / mechanic with appropriate practical experience. * A Second-year apprentice would be considered. * Full UK driving licence * Good written and spoken English Hours of work 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
