Your basic salary grows as you gain more expertise! Role Overview: Seeking dedicated Service Technicians of all levels to expertly repair and service vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality. You'll collaborate with a team to boost customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Key Responsibilities: * Receive work assignments and perform checks, admin, and safety tasks. * Evaluate tool needs and communicate concerns. * Service and repair vehicles. * Report additional repair needs. * Provide reports for authorization. * Complete administrative procedures. * Maintain a safe work environment. * Conduct road tests if needed. * Assist in training other technicians. * Attend meetings and training programs. Requirements As a Service Technician, you should ideally have: * Any level technician certification. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service abilities. * Organisational and time management skills.
