You’ll be joining a friendly and strong team of 8 other members of the maintenance team along with a larger family at the dealership. Requirements: Conduct MOT tests: Perform thorough and accurate MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures. Diagnostic Skills: Possess strong diagnostic skills to identify and rectify defects promptly, providing reliable and efficient service to our customers. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, explaining any necessary repairs or advisories and answering queries regarding the MOT testing process. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all tools and equipment are well-maintained, calibrated, and comply with safety standards. Responsibilities: Conduct MOT tests efficiently. Identify and rectify defects. Maintain accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service. Salary: The basic salary is £30,000 with an OTE between £36,000 and £48,000 (uncapped).
