You will need to have previous experience as an MOT Tester within the motor trade and hold a Class 4 MOT Tester qualification. Duties & Responsibilities of an MOT Tester: * Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards. * Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary. * Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out. * Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. * Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Your Background & Skill: * Hold an MOT Tester qualification (Class 4). * Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent experience. * A full UK Driving Licence. * Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. * Passion for the automotive industry.
