Duties & Responsibilities: * Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards. * Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary. * Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out. * Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. * Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Your Background & Skill: * Preferably a qualified MOT Tester, or at least 4 years’ experience as an MOT Tester. * A full UK Driving Licence. * Quality and Customer awareness. * Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. * Passion for the automotive industry.
