£37,000 DOE + £5,000 OTE + Birthday off! MOT Tester & Vehicle Technician to join my client in Cannock - This is a 50/50 split role in MOT Testing and vehicle Maintenance and repair! The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience as a Mechanic or Vehicle Technician and hold a valid MOT certificate. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed. Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly. Contribute to the overall success of the workshop, assisting with general maintenance and repairs as needed.Qualifications and Experience: Valid MOT Testing License (Class 4 and 7) Minimum of 2 years' experience holding a minimum of Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Repair Proven track record of successful vehicle diagnostics and repairs Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team An experienced & qualified Vehicle Mechanic will also be considered Benefits: OTE - £5,000 per year Training provided Birthday off 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays Parking on site Uniform Provided If you live in the Cannock area, hold a minimum of level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and repair & a valid MOT certificate please click to apply!
