This Aftersales function is required to ensure our customers receive first-class on-site customer satisfaction in the service & repair of their vehicle. The position would suit an individual with Roadside Assistance / Mobile Servicing experience or a technician looking for a more varied role, as this involves dealing directly with customers at their own premises. We are looking for candidates who will be confident in liaising with our customers to give them the very best recommendations for their vehicle / business needs. The Role: Mobile Vehicle Technician The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 Location: Brighton Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Job role You will be required to: • Carry out minor to major mechanical repairs. • Be competent in using diagnostic equipment. • Be able to interpret and complete paperwork. • Confidently discuss issues with customers. • Have a friendly and good telephone manner. • Be approachable to our customers
