Resolve Recruitment Services are searching for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety and independence in their day-to-day role. Key Responsibilities – Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites – Diagnose and repair mechanical faults – Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work – Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements – NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential) – Minimum 6 years’ experience (desirable) – Full UK driving licence – Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills – Ability to work independently Salary & Benefits – £20 per hour (£41,600 per annum based on 40 hours) – £1,200 annual bonus – Overtime paid at time and a half – Salary reviewed every 12 months – Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month) – Company van provided (work use only) – Discounts on MOTs and parts Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm – 40 hours per week – 30-minute unpaid lunch break – On-call rota: 1 week in 3 (paid per call-out) – Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided) Additional Information – 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (April–March) – Company pension scheme (NEST) – Quarterly performance reviews, with a full annual appraisal – Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter – Role involves working at various employer and client locations
