You will have access to cutting-edge tools and equipment, with a fully stocked company van provided. The role offers the flexibility of home-starts, meaning you won't need to visit the office daily. Performance Bonus: * Technicians earn a percentage-based commission on their monthly repair value, with increasing rates at higher billing thresholds. 2. “Full House” Bonus: * Earn an additional commision monthly by achieving key performance targets 3.
