Job Title: Mobile HGV Technician Location: Slough & South London Salary: £45,000 per year (OTE £50k+ with overtime) Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Overtime Opportunities Hours: Monday to Friday Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join our team, covering Slough and South London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work independently, providing on-site servicing, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of heavy goods vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs to ensure roadworthiness. Diagnose faults and carry out inspections using diagnostic equipment. Perform emergency roadside repairs as required. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work completed. Liaise with fleet managers and customers to provide efficient service. Keep company vehicle and equipment in good working condition.Requirements: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Previous experience as an HGV Technician or similar role. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently. Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential).
