MET Technician | Pontardawe, Swansea | 7am- 5.30pm Monday - Friday | £12 - £16 per hour Our client is an accident repair centre that is part of the One Call Group of companies. It has been established for over 10 years and is a group of insurance-approved vehicle repair centres, working to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. They specialise in car body repairs and accident crash repairs. They are currently looking to recruit a MET Technician to join their team and deliver the best customer service to their clients. Are you the right person for the job? Experienced in a MET (Strip/Refit) Technician environment Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised Are keen to support others and are cooperative team members The ability to maintain quality under pressure What will your role look like? Assessing the level of damage and deciding whether to repair or replace panels Removing damaged panels Repairing damaged chassis and panels Dismantling and stripping cars down Reassembling and re-building vehicles after repairs are completed All aspects of vehicle welding including plastic welding, MIG welding and SPOT welding What can you expect in return?
