About the Role: As an MET Technician at Steer Automotive, you’ll be pivotal in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components for a range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your expertise will ensure customers’ vehicles are safely back on the road with top-quality repairs. Key Responsibilities: * Perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment. * Dismantle vehicles to prepare for panel work and body repairs. * Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and fault-finding. * Handle inventory and replacement part orders efficiently. * Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition with new components. * Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and manufacturer specifications. * Keep clear communication with the team on repair status and progress.
