MET Technician We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a modern and clean accident repair centre, for an experienced MET Technician . This role offers a competitive base salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, with the potential to earn an additional £12,600 in bonuses, bringing the total OTE potential to £57,600 per year. Key Responsibilities of the MET Technician: Remove and replace all mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a wide range of vehicles. Confidently carry out all aspects of MET (Mechanical Electrical Trim) work. Undertake light panel work and some panel replacements. Perform filler work as needed. Work on a variety of makes and models of cars. Carry out four-wheel alignment tasks. Competently work with ADAS systems and diagnostics. Preferred Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in MET stripping and fitting. ATA/NVQ Level 3 (preferred but not essential) or at least 3 years' experience in MET. Experience with diagnostics and ADAS systems. Hold a valid UK driving licence. Own tools and equipment.
