This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary. The main responsibilities for the MET Technician are as follows: * Mechanical, electrical and trim work including part replacement, stripping and fitting / ADAS calibrations / reset / steering columns / racks / subframes / suspension * Damaged / defective part reporting during repair process * Checking new part lists * Follow correct repair methods as per manufacturer * Liaise with Parts Department and VDA * Follow check lists for quality control – lights, alignment, electrics etc To be a successful candidate for the MET Technician role you must: * Have previous experience within an MET Technician role or extensive expereince within a service / vehicle technician role including diagnostics * NVQ / C&G / ATA certifications in vehicle body repair or similar are an advantage but not essential - we will accept time served applicants * Happy working in a busy environment Salary and Benefits: * £36k (Basic) / £60k (Realistic OTE) - uncapped * Pension scheme * Guaranteed bonus for first 3 months * Health insurance * Life cover * 25 days holidays plus banks (33 total) * Onsite parking / free * Motor industry discounts * Monday to Friday - Saturday overtime If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the MET Technician role now
