MET Technician – Warrington £35,000 – £60,000 + Bonus | OTE £60k+ We’re currently working with our client, a well-established and forward-thinking vehicle repair business, who are looking to add an experienced MET Technician to their growing team in Warrington. The Role: As an MET Technician, you’ll play a key role in the repair process, working closely with the workshop and production teams to deliver high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include: * Removing, refitting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components * Identifying and assessing additional damage during strip-down * Carrying out mechanical, suspension, and diagnostic work * Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard * Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maximise productivity What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter * Strong knowledge of mechanical and suspension repairs * Experience with diagnostics and fault finding * ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential) * Experience with LCVs (advantageous) What’s on Offer: * Basic salary between £35,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) * Bonus scheme with strong earning potential * Company pension * 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Ongoing training and development * Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment * Supportive and inclusive working environment
