Mechanical Technician - Long-Term PAYE Contract 📍 Titchfield 6 Positions Available Following a recent ramp-up, we're looking for six talented Mechanical Technicians to join our innovative aerospace client in Titchfield. This is a fantastic time to join as the business prepares to move into a brand‑new, purpose-built facility. These are long-term PAYE contracts running until December 2026, with strong potential for extension. What You'll Do Accurately fit aerospace components using a variety of techniques Conduct thorough testing to ensure products meet required specifications Deliver high‑quality work efficiently and within budget Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work independently after training while contributing positively within a team What We're Looking For Previous assembly experience Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings Excellent hand dexterity for precision tasks Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Fuel testing experience Aerospace assembly experience What's on Offer 33 days' paid annual leave (or hourly rate included in your pay instead - your choice) PAYE Contract Rates: Current Rates: Core Days: £17.52ph rising to £18.05ph With holiday pay included: £20.07-£20.68phNEW Annual Increase - Effective Monday 2nd March: £18.13 PAYE (or £20.77 including holiday) After 12 weeks: £18.68 PAYE (or £21.40 including holiday)Overtime: After 37 hours and Saturdays: x1.5 Sundays and bank holidays: x2 ⏰ Working Hours 37 hours/week Mon-Thurs: 7:30am - 4:15pm Fri: 7:30am - 11:30am🔒 Additional Information Must be eligible to live and work in the UK ITAR restrictions apply
