The role will involve Mechanical Design Engineer of Aerospace Equipment, the position holds the following responsibilities: Perform stress analysis using complex finite element & classical book calculation methods, & support testing Perform heat transfer analysis in practice and theory (analytical correlations and complex finite element methods) and related topics in thermodynamics, single and multi-phase flows, and energy systems Provide technical oversight to global engineering teams across time zones Provide technical guidance to junior engineers Requirements validation Project and product compliance Risk management Process Development Root Cause and Corrective ActionHours: Range of shifts available Days Mon to Thurs (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 12:00) Days / Late Swing Shift Days - Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00) Lates - Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00) Perm Nights Start Sunday night at 10:00pm and Finish at 07:00am Monday Tuesday, 00:00am to 07:00am Wednesday, 00:00am to 07:00am Thursday, 00:00am to 07:00am Friday, 00:00am to 07:00am Pay: £35.00 to £45.00 per hour - Depending on experience and shift For more information, call Stacie at Acorn by Synergie, or apply now and a member of the team will be in touch.
