The Role As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of critical components for the Formula 1 car. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop high-performance mechanical components and systems. * Conduct structural and thermal analysis * Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings * Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure components are produced to the highest standards. * Perform design validation, testing, and refinement About You * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience in designing complex components, ideally within motorsport or high-performance engineering. (Formula 1 experience is highly desirable) * Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g. CATIA, 3DX or Siemens NX) * Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques. * Experience with FEA and CFD tools for structural and thermal analysis.
