(Mechanic / Automotive Technician) - Position Overview As a fundamental part of their workshop team, the job is vital for the smooth and consistent performance of their fleet. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, duties of the role include servicing, repair, pre-MOT testing and inspection of all company vehicles. All work should be completed to the approved standards in accordance with the manufacturer, also ensuring that vehicles are always maintained to the highest possible standard as is associated with the business. (Mechanic / Automotive Technician) - Position Requirements Strong work ethic. Self-Motivated Able to work both within a team and independently Good Diagnostic skills Ability to work to timelines. Excellent technical knowledge of commercial and plant vehicles. Strong communicator and effective in a small team. Previous experience working within a commercial vehicle workshop.(Mechanic / Automotive Technician) - Position Remuneration £30k - £40k, depending on experience Monday - Friday (37 hours) flexible over 5 days Mon- Thurs 7am - 6pm Friday 7am - 3pm Onsite parking Heated workshop On site canteen facilities Company Pension Overtime available @ time and a half.
