Mechanics required to cover Glasgow, Edinburgh. & North Yorkshire Region and surronding areas. The starting salary is circa £27,000 with an OTE of circa £40,000 P/A. Plus a company van and tooling. As a field service-based Field Service mechanic you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, troubleshooting and planned maintenance of Security/Cash in transit Vehicles and Building Security Equipment. You will possess electrical and mechanical experience ideally obtained within an automotive industry. You will be working on vehicle CCTV and security systems. Also be required to carry out mechanical repairs. ie locking systems on the vehicle. Door closures not working, security release catches etc. Be approachable and a team player, one that is organised, flexible and IT literate. Based around a 40 hour week, you will need to be flexible in order to meet our customers' requirements. This may involve working evenings and occasional weekend, this will all of course be paid work.
