Job Title: Master Technician Employment Type: Permanent Location: West Sussex Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their automotive company. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying their expertise in diagnostic and technical skills to contribute to the efficient running of the workshop. Requirements: • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle maintenance  • A keen eye for detail and recognising the importance of giving every car in our workshop the highest standard of care. • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly. • A huge passion for learning and keeping up with industry innovations to help you perform at your best. • Providing a premium experience at every step of a customer’s journey with us, working with the Service Advisors to communicate technical information and updates on progress Hours: 42.5 per week. Mon-Fri 8am until 5pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays (Paid as Overtime) Salary: Basic- £38,934-£43,260, depending on experience and any additional specialisms. OTE-£56,394-£60,720.
