The Role: As a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in performing diagnostics and repairs using specialised equipment. Responsibilities: Complete job cards and technical write-ups meeting warranty requirements. Understand customer-reported faults through effective communication. Stay updated with the latest manufacturing training to maintain master technician status. Provide direction and support to fellow technicians when required. Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors or managers, playing a leading role in the workshop. Requirements: Previously worked as a Master Technician or in a similar role. Possess motor trade experience. MOT testing license. (Preferred) Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
