A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Manufacturing department with the appointment of a Manufacturing Manager. As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible to manage the Production function within budget and to required targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Working from their manufacturing facility in Banbury the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for: *Manage the production of required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with business forecasts and customer specifications. *Meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times. *Responsible for plant production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities. *Update production plan on a daily basis. *Ensure KPI's are met by working to the overall plan. The successful candidate should have extensive plant level experience and relevant engineering degree preferred or HND, BTEC Level 5 qualifications.
