Collaborates closely with project team(s) to define the capital equipment and tooling needs for both new and existing projects. Formulates and validates manufacturing processes in alignment with product, regulatory, and customer specifications. Generates or modifies documentation and procedures to support essential production processes. Addresses and resolves production issues using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis and the 8D methodology. Offers technical support for safety and ergonomics related to the project(s). Qualifications & Requirements – Manufacturing Engineer Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. At least 4 years of professional experience. Ability to interpret technical drawings and proficiency in creating/modifying tooling drawings using AutoCAD/Catia V5. Preferred experience in hands-on application of manufacturing practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Total Preventive Maintenance. Prior experience in roll forming, CNC, machinery, and/or bench forming is desirable.
