Due to the rapid growth, the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join and lead the night team to undertake activities and drive efficiencies within the Maintenance department.  ATA Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Maintenance Team Leader from the manufacturing sector based in the Boston area or someone willing to move to this region. Key accountabilities for the position of Maintenance Team Lead: Manage Maintenance activities, ensuring planned maintenance is applied to all equipment to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime. Electrical Bias Also maintain electrical components such as panels, sensors, relays, safety circuits, and motors React to breakdowns. Planned Preventative Maintenance Maintaining mechanical components such as pneumatics, bearings, belts, pulleys, and gearboxes. Electrical and Mechanical fault finding PLC fault-finding skills Replace and repair electrical and mechanical components. Lead an engineering shift team to create a high-performing culture where team members are motivated, engaged, and supported to develop and achieve their potential. Requirements for the position of Maintenance Team Lead An experienced Maintenance Engineer, working within a manufacturing environment, Maintenance Leader, A good understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering.
