Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production flow. Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent production delays. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards in all maintenance activities. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting (experience in aerospace engineering/manufacturing is a plus but not required).
