Maintenance Technician £38,000 – 41,000 + 33 days holiday + Paid overtime at premium rates + State-of-the-art injection moulding training + PLC training  + Career progression opportunities. On target earnings: £45,000+ Birmingham, Coleshill. Permanent nights 8 hours (Sunday - Thurday)  Level 2 and time served candidates will be considered. The company: ATA are assisting a global supplier with the expansion of their already, large engineering team. This business has been well rooted in the Birmingham area for several years and has seen nothing but growth since 2019. My client has invested huge amounts into the site and expanded their product market enabling them to supply a large number of recognisable, professional brands. The company supply a range of bespoke, specialist products for industries such as automotive, FMCG and specialist manufacturers. The factory is made up of 4 large sections all interconnected into 1. You can expect to be hands on with some of the latest machinery whilst working with a business renowned for investing in their engineers! Maintenance Technician duties: My client is eager to hire a maintenance technician with either an electrical or mechanical bias. You’ll be assisting the maintenance engineer team with the day-to-day maintenance of injection moulding machinery, distribution equipment and robotics. Your day will include: -        Over 80! state of the art, injection moulders. -        Conveyors, CNCs and various product lines. -        Reading engineering drawings. -        Fault finding on large machinery. -        Working with assembly and pick and place robotics.  -        3 phase machinery + motors. -        Chance to work in all aspects of business, from moulding to paints to distribution. The business offers an unmatched training and induction process. A successful maintenance technician application will need: -        A recognised engineering qualification of level 2, ONC, HNC or equivalent. -        My client will consider applications from time served engineers.
