LGV Mechanic Working for a growing group dealing with all LGVs and trailers, with anything from 500 vehicles on the road at any one time. This is a group that has a strong belief in efficiency and environment insuring they hit the Euro 5 star emission standards. Responsibilities * To attend break downs and repair vehicles * To prepare vehicles for MOT * To service vehicles to manufacturer requirements * To ensure minimum disruption to fleet Skills/ Knowledge * Time served LGV Technician * LGV License * Communication Skills * Customer Care * Professional Manner * Time served LGV Technician * VOSA regulations * LGV License * Communication Skills * Customer Care Main Duties * Complete all paperwork accurately and submit within required time scales, including job cards * Report vehicle issues with possible negligence – e.g. damage, poor cleanliness * You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations regarding the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions * Ensure you maintain your LGV license and report any endorsements to the company * You must comply with all legislation which applies to you * You must carry out any reasonable task required by the company Salary * £33,000 - £41,000 * Company pension * Free parking * Health & wellbeing programme * On-site parking
