This further education institute is currently going through tremendous growth, the team you would be going into consists of 3 other permanent lecturers, some of which have recently been through their teacher training to gain their own qualifications. The work shop is currently be renovated to facilitate EV training up to level 4 by the end of the next academic year, you will be a part of this new programme. In this role you will be working towards becoming a qualified lecturer in Motor Vehicle with full training being provided. You will be tasked with training apprentices up to levels 1-3 in this topic whilst delivering T-Level courses as well. You will be tasked with delivering this course after having spent your first year training and shadowing the other lecturers unless already qualified. The ideal candidate is someone who has significant skills and experience working in the Motor Vehicle industry and will have the drive and confidence to be able to transfer their existing knowledge in this trade. You will need to be a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career and develop their skills with the organisation long-term, any and all experience in mentoring and teaching positions is highly desirable.
