We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join an international freight forwarder who are continuing to expand on their first ventures into a UK office. With a focus on export, road operations, customs, and 3PL services across Europe and Baltic regions, our client is expanding and looking for a skilled individual to join their new venture. Requirements: Previous experience within a sales or commercial capacity for a freight forwarding business. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales conversion within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company. Cold calling experience is highly desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and virtual platforms. Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric approach. Understanding of business services and the ability to convey their benefits to potential clients. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Exceptional customer service skills to provide timely updates and address client inquiries effectively. Responsibilities: Utilize an existing extensive pipeline of companies to proactively engage potential customers through various channels, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities. Execute effective calling strategies to engage prospects and create opportunities for further discussion. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and rapport-building activities. Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of products and services to address clients' needs effectively. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services. Effectively articulate the value of propositions and advise clients on how they can benefit from services offered.
