Position: Integrated Planning Manager Location: Stevenage, UK Company: Defence & Space Department: ISS Secure Connectivity (UK, US & Asia) About the Role: Defence & Space is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Planning Manager / Project Planner to join our dynamic team in Stevenage. This role involves supporting major programmes and growth projects, delivering innovative strategic work and services across the UK, US, and Asia. As an Integrated Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of project schedules, ensuring efficient project management and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain top-level and lower-level schedules, including Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules. Analyse project costs in relation to project forward load, and manage resource tracking on behalf of the Project Manager. Track payment milestones and perform risk analysis tracking. Implement and manage change control processes. Provide support for management consolidation, decision-making, and timely provision of all necessary management data and reporting information. Prepare and deliver consolidated project reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to senior management, including special focus reports as required. Create and maintain standardised templates for schedules and project reporting. Offer project administration support to the Project Manager and project team.Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value Management, and Risk Management. Strong understanding of planning best practices, including logic linking/dependencies, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, Critical Path Analysis, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Expertise in planning to stage boundaries and contingency planning. Solid knowledge and application of Project Management methodologies. Advanced proficiency in MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional.Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain UK SC Security Clearance to undertake this role
