Position Description: As modern vehicles evolve, the company's customers are experiencing and interacting with vehicles in new and innovative ways. Dynamic movement interaction with company products is changing, therefore we are looking for a passionate individual to join the Human Factors Ergonomics team to drive forward dynamic human motion analysis processes, touching on areas of scientific investigation such as anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, while assessing the implications of vehicle design and engineering for customers across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development human analysis processes, providing physiological and/or biomechanical insight to compliment current ergonomic processes. They will be expected to drive forward and evolve the Human Factors science implementing key knowledge into vehicle requirements. Working collaboratively, they will lead cross functional work streams, adapting to challenges and negotiating with stakeholders where appropriate. This role is ideally suited to a skilled individual with a background in human anatomy, physiology or biomechanics, who can work closely with and communicate scientific understanding effectively to deliver a high-quality investigative knowledge and apply learning to future vehicle requirements. Skills Required: * Proven ability to work in a demanding environment and combine interpersonal skills with technical decision-making * A knowledge of human physiology, anatomy or biomechanics * Data Analysis & Competency Experience Required: * Knowledge and relevant degree in human anatomy, physiology or biomechanics Experience Preferred: * Agile CAD * A knowledge of business tools such as Tableau would be an added bonus * Knowledge of programming such as Python / Matlab / VBA would be an added bonus Additional information: Inside IR35 Hybrid working: 2/3 days in office 2/3 days WFH plus being onsite when specific onsite reviews are necessary If you are interested and have the experience required Apply Now!
