HSE Advisor Inside IR35 Contract – April 2026 Start 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday Hybrid working available Oxfordshire   A world leading aviation service provider and are currently seeking an HSE Advisor on a contract basis (Inside IR35). This role supports the implementation and management of the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) process, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, and to support day-to-day operations by carrying out HSE investigations.   HSE Advisor Job Description: Support the application of HSE processes across the workplace Deliver services safely in line with Safety and Environmental Systems and policies Participate in HSE SAG, including analysis and promotion of HSE data Identify trends and areas for improvement in HSEoccurrences Investigate HSE occurrences and support joint investigations where required Maintain effective communication with HSE focal points and Safety personnel Undertake other duties as directed by the HSE Manager  HSE Advisor Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills Experience working in an industrial or similar environment (air base, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG Membership of a professional body e.g. IEMA or IOSH NEBOSH general certificate Internal Health, Safety and Environmental auditing Accident Investigation training Presentation Training
