HSE Administrator Purpose Reporting to the HSEF Manager, the HS&E Administrator will provide support to the HSEF team ensuring records are complete and filed appropriately. Key Responsibilities * Maintenance of records * HSE incident reports * Health records * Pool cars * Authorised drivers list * Arranging occupational health surveillance * Organising training, both internal & external * Support HSE training * Typing / producing and amending forms * HSE portal data entry * Safety observations * Incident reporting * Audit findings * Training Records * Photocopying & scanning * Research subjects. * Liaising with suppliers and contractors * Attend and minute take at HSE meetings * Control of first aid supplies Key Performance Measures Agreed KPI Standards and targets across HSE ISO Requirements, per plan Full Job description available upon request
