An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK require a HR Payroll Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across the plant. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 3 or a above with experience of time attendance systems. Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge Salary: £30,000 p.a. CIRCA Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:15pm Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 3pm Fri Duration: 12 Months Suitable for: Payroll Officer, HR Administrator, Payroll Clerk, HR Officer The Role Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will have the following duties: -Managing the weekly time & attendance reports working in conjunction with Finance and the Departmental Leads to ensure timely and accurate data is provided. -Support training on payroll processes and time & attendance system. -Assist the HR function with any other administration tasks. The Person Educated to CIPD level 3 or above you will have the following experience: -Proven experience working at HR Officer level. -Proven experience working with high volume HR data. -Experience of Time & Attendance Systems/Administration. -Consolidation of payroll information.
