A unique opportunity has arisen to work for a start-up organisation as an HR Business Partner.  Reporting to the Head of HR, the role provides generalist HR support with a specific focus on employee relations, to the management team.   Key duties and responsibilities will include; Generalist advice covering areas such as employee relations and performance management. Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve people-oriented goals. Support the Head of HR with day-to-day HR business requirements. Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from talent attraction to onboarding, to grow a high-quality team. Oversee the implementation and administration of team benefits, reward, and remuneration. Use extensive knowledge of employment law and company HR policy to support business objectives. Actively contribute to HR management meetings.  Key skills and experience required CIPD qualified (Minimum Level 3) or similar experience of dealing with high level employee relations issues. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment as the business grows and develops. Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and its application in the workplace. proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and workloads.  This is a full-time role, with hours as required per week and a full benefits package is available
